Purpose

The Purpose of this blog is to inform Bartlett's citizens of news and information that affects  our community. As the blog develops there will be:

 A section for ongoing problems/concerns with a specific format geared towards resolution of those problems or concerns.

 A section for community events.

 A section for  respectful open discussions.

Other sections added in as needed.

The blog will be fact based except for  short stories and poems. Please follow the  format below for existing or new problems.


S= Situation
B=Background/ History what has happened in the past that is related to the current problem
A= Assessment, Data collection, information on the current  problem, trends affecting the problem.
R=resolutions or recommendations. Your thoughts on how the issue can be resolved.
